First day of nursery....

Both Jordan and I were counting down the days for Carson to be 18 months so we could just leave him in nursery. Well, it really didn't work out as we planned.

Love this face!!!

Sledding

In February our ward went up to Magic Mountain to go sledding. We got Carson all dressed for it and packed up the boys and drove about 30 minutes to our destination.
Carson was playing peek-a-boo on the way up.

Gavin slept most of the time up there.

Carson and myself watching Jordan stand in line.

Carson had a good time with the tubes.

Getting ready to go up the mountain.

Going up!

Jordan said that at first Carson was a little nervous going down but as soon as they got going, Carson was laughing the whole way down. Great times with our friends and ward members.

The tube is out!!!

On August 9, 2011 Gavin got his feeding out! It was a happy day for myself and Gavin. After getting on new medications and formula I started to see a new Gavin, but after the feeding tube was out of his nose, I really saw a new Gavin. He was jumping up and down (when he arches he tries to jump) and shouting for joy! I'm really excited that the tube is out and hope that he continues to do well and thrive!

Brotherly Love

Ever since Gavin was born, Carson has always looked after him. Carson would climb up on the crib or bassinet to try to give Gavin his binky. It was super cute. Here are some of the pictures that I was able to catch before Carson would see me and move away.

I'm 3 months!!!

Here is Gavin at 3 months old! At this time we were taking Gavin to physical therapy for his neck. One side was stronger than the other so he would only turn his head to one side.
I just love this face!

Our fence

So just after we got Gavin home from the hospital we decided it was best for Carson
and myself that we finally got our fence up.
With help from family and friends we got it up in a couple of days.
We already had one side up that our neighbors went ahead and put up
about a year ago so we just had to do the back, one side and the returns.

Now that it is finished we can just let Carson outside. Of course he either wants us out
there with him or to leave the door open. Bottom line, we love having our fence
up and we enjoy our evenings outside playing with Carson and soon Gavin can join us!

sleeps anywhere

These pictures are from early spring and throughout the summer. Just random spots I would find Carson sleeping...early morning, afternoon nap to early evening. Early morning is Carson usually didn't sleep well or woke up too early and randomly fell asleep while watching Mickey Mouse. The afternoon nap I try to put him down but he ends out getting out of his room or playing in his room.
Early Morning

Escaped from his room and it got really quit, I found him in the guest room sleeping on books.

I got tired of him coming out of his room so I switched some door knobs so I could lock him in his room for naps and bedtime. Two days in a row I found him in Gavin's chair.

This one Carson fought me and didn't want to take a nap until he went golfing with Daddy!

Early morning

Haha early morning

Car Wash Time!!!

We will go through the car wash a couple times a month and both Carson and Gavin get scared. Gavin will start to cry but Carson's facial expressions are pretty cute.
Jordan recorded a time that he had Carson with him in the car wash and I'll post it when he edits it.
