Busy, Busy

Last Friday morning I had an appointment for my first time to get zoom whitening done. I did all three sessions which I should have only attempted one and a half, two at the most! My teeth were really sensitive later that night but was a lot better by Saturday morning. I wish that was the worse part of my experience. My upper lip had a pretty good size blister and my lower lip just looked like it was burnt. My gums were to a point that I couldn't even attempt to brush my posterior teeth because the pain was more than I could bare. I finally could start brushing all my teeth Monday morning! I will probably do it again done the road...but I'm going to make sure that I get an assistant who knows what she is doing!

Later that day, Cathy, Stan (Jordan's parents), Jordan and myself went to Weston to my parents' house because I was going through the temple to receive my endowments Saturday morning. Which all I'm going to say about is that it was amazing! I loved the whole experience that I had that day. The ladies that helped me through were great and helped out so much. I'll try to post pictures later.

Well, next time you hear from me will be after my name will be Heather B. Lott!!!

It's Getting Closer!

Jordan and I went to Utah this past weekend to finish up some wedding tasks. Our first task was to get to Brigham City for our marriage licence. We got there a little before five and got that done! It was kind of a relief to get that done and out of the way...

Next, Jordan dropped me off at Marcy's (my sister-in-law) work so she could trim my hair and put some highlights in. Then, Saturday I went in and Marcy did the updo for my bridals.

Since Jordan hasn't seen my dress yet I can't put my bridal pictures up. That will be posted at a later date.

Reagan came with us to my bridal shoot and she was a trooper! She would just play with the rocks or the grass. I had fun watching her while my photographer was taking pictures.

On our way home from Utah, we stopped at our home to see the progress. I just put in some of my favorite pictures in. So far the kitchen with my hardwood floor is my favorite room. I think I'm going to really enjoy preparing meals for my family!!!

SOLD!!!

I was quite surprised as Beth (Jordan's sister) and I drove up and saw the "SOLD" sign up! I got really excited so I just had to take a picture. Our first home together!

This is the front room. They just painted about two weeks ago and I just love the green. This room will look great with my couches that I have. Also this room will be hard wood floors which will be really nice, I just need to get some rugs for the entry way and maybe in the middle of the room.
This will be the family room with carpet. I don't know what the color of the carpet is yet but both Jordan and I think his leather couches will look very nice in here with his flat screen on wall.

It has been fun for me the last two weeks to go once a week to see up dates on the house. I found that I can only get into the house during the day when there are workers there making my home complete. It will be a beautiful home and I'm looking forward for the final result!

A New Beginning

It i s about 26 days until we are married and starting our new life together as husband and wife. We are just trying to finish some of the wedding planning while juggling the fact that we don't have a place to stay for a month after we get married. We put an offer on a home in Kimberly that we like but we cannot close on it until July 2nd. It is a home that the builders agreed on to be in the parade of homes and he is sticking to it. We do like the home and so we thought it is worth the wait. Now the tricking part is finding a place that we can rent for a month and it won't cost too much.

Here are some pictures of our first home!
